Hativkah in top form with another Open win

HARRINGTON, DE – Chris Scicluna’s Hatikvah (Chapter Seven) and harness racing driver Ross Wolfenden, $15.20) notched his fifth win of the year Tuesday (Aug. 23) at Harrington Raceway in the $20,000 Open Trot in 1:56.2.

The 6-1 gelding was prompted to the lead early from post seven and never relented once there with a 3-length score over Monarch and Happy That. It was his 2nd upset win in the class in 5 starts at the meet, after a 22-to-1 win on June 8. It was one of 3 wins on the card for Wolfenden, who won races 5 through 7 in succession.

Live racing will resume August 29 on a Monday/Tuesday schedule before a 3-day schedule resumes on September 5 (Monday through Wednesday).
