There are a number of suspensions of harness racing licenses this week in the USTA Fines and Suspensions. The majority of the license suspensions are for failure to submit proper fingerprints at Hawthorne Race Course. There was one 30-day suspension in Delaware for a former trainer who tested positive for Amphetamines and Marijuana.
