Marc Guilfoil on Harness Racing Alumni Show

Marc Guilfoil is the Horseracing Integrity & Safety Authorities (HISA) Director of Stewarding and State Racing Commissions Relations and is the special guest on this week’s Harness Racing Alumni Show.
