Illinois Horse Of the Year announced

Cantrall, IL – The 2022 Illinois Champions have been announced and the harness racing community would like to congratulate Funky Wiggle (Lous Legacy) for winning Illinois Horse of the Year honors.

A banquet honoring these award winners as well as various county fair association award winners will be held Saturday, Jan. 21, 2023, at Poe’s Catering on the Hill 295 E. Andrew Road, Springfield, IL 62707. Tickets will be $25 per person and payment must be received by Jan. 11, 2023. (Tickets will be held at the door in your name.)
