In The Spotlight N takes Tioga feature

In The Spotlight N (Bettor’s Delight, Marcus Miller) cruises to an easy win in the $10,000 featured fillies & mares’ harness racing pace on Friday (Aug. 2).

In The Spotlight N led to the quarter in :27.2.  He went :29.1 in the second split to be first to the half in :56.3.  Naked Truth (Kyle Swift) came first-up to challenge going down the backstretch.  In The Spotlight N remained on top and led to three-quarters in 1:25.2.

In The Spotlight N is a 6-year mare owned by Pollack Racing and trained by Jeff Cullipher.  It was her third win this season.  She now has 18 career victories.

IN THE SPOTLIGHT N REPLAY

Aaron Byron had a driving grand slam.  He was first with Beachin (Bring On The Beach), Spittin Chicklets (Sportswriter), Abitofbettors Buns (Bit Of A Legend N), and Prairie Magical (Royel Millennium).

Tioga Downs returns to live racing on Saturday (August 3) with a 9-race card starting at 6:15 p.m.
