HARRINGTON, DE – For the second straight night at Harrington Raceway, a sizable harness racing upset occurred in the feature race as Bob Shahan’s Jett Propelled ($32.40, Jason Thompson) was a 1:57.1 winner on a very windy day in the $18,000 Mares Open.

The 4-year-old Roddy’s Bags Again mare set all the fractions from her rail post and was a half-length winner over Cindy Joe and Awesome Hill. It was her initial win of the season and 13th of her career for her owner/trainer Shahan. Most of her wins and nearly $275,000 earned lifetime has come from Delaware stakes engagements in the Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund (DSBF).
JETT PROPELLED REPLAY
Tony Morgan had 3 wins on the card. Montrell Teague, Russell Foster and Ross Wolfenden each had a driving double.
