JL Cruze sets all-age trotting record at Rosecroft

JL Cruze (Crazed) sent to post as the even money harness racing favorite, did not disappoint his backers last night establishing a new all-age trotting track record at Rosecroft, winning in 1:52.1.

Eric Ell trains for Kenny Wood, Steve Iaquinta and William Dittmar. Russell Foster won aboard JL Cruze for the third straight start. It was the 72nd win for the 13-year old.

Odds On Hail Mary and Trae Porter secured a win in the pacing mares open as LuLu Rocks nearly erased an eight-length deficit losing by a head in 1:51.1. Cindy Jo was third.

Foster had four wins, William Carter three and Hugh O’Neill two on the card. Trainer Billy Carter had two wins.
