On this week’s Harness Racing Alumni Show, we are joined by Hall of Fame journalist John Berry. John discusses with Freddie and Bob the proposed legislation to decouple horseracing in the state of Florida.

The legislation was proposed by the owners of Gulfstream Park 1st/Racing and Berry was evaluating the consequences that can be caused by this action. Also discussed are the steps that horseracing associations should be taking. The question is, will other states follow Florida, their undercover investigations and fixed odds betting?
