Judges reports on fines and suspensions

This week’s judges reports to the US Trotting Association are headed by harness racing trainer Kevin Lare, who has received a $1,000 fine and a 15-day suspension for two positive tests at Bally’s Dover. Both Maskless (1/15/24) and Whatswhatisaid 2/5/24 were both found to be positive for Acepromazine.

Other trainers fined $500 for positive tests in various states include Darryl Cutting (California), Larry Dancer (Maine), Cosmos DePinto (New Jersey) and Luke Plano (California).
