SBOANJ scholarship applications due now

MANALAPAN, NJ — June 19, 2023 — The Standardbred Breeders and Owners Association of New Jersey and the Backstretch Community Assistance Program of New Jersey will award harness racing scholarships to qualified students currently enrolled in or plan to attend a 2 or 4-year college or university.

Candidates must be either a son or daughter of a full-time participant in New Jersey harness racing and SBOANJ member or are themselves a full- time participant. Only one candidate per household will be considered, and there is a lifetime cap of $10,000 per individual.
