Lexi B scores at The Meadows

WASHINGTON, PA, Oct. 9, 2024  — Lexi B (Southwind Frank) quarter-poled to the top and held off a host of challengers late to capture Wednesday’s harness racing feature at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows, a $13,000 Conditioned Trot.

Momoni De Vie, the even-money favorite, released Lexi B at the quarter and tried to take advantage of the ensuing pocket trip. But Lexi B stayed strong for Ronnie Wrenn, Jr., downing Momoni De Vie by a neck in 1:55.4 to equal her career best. Iron Wheel rallied four wide for show.
