$200,000 in pool guarantees Adios Day

WASHINGTON, PA, July 27, 2024 — If you’re a fan of pool guarantees — And who isn’t? — you’ll love Saturday’s Adios Day card at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows. The program offers a total of $200,000 in guarantees spread over 11 wagers, making it the “Richest Day in PA for bettors.

The guarantees apply to “vertical” wagers, such as both a $50,000 Trifecta Pool and a $25,000 Superfecta Pool on the Adios final (race 15), and “horizontal” bets, including the $15,000 Adios Pick 8 Pool (race 8), a “must-pay” wager which features a 20-cent base investment and a takeout of just 15 percent.

The racing line-up is just as spectacular, as the $350,000 final of the Delvin Miller Adios Pace for the Orchids anchors a blockbuster program that features six Grand Circuit stakes. First post is 11:45 AM.

Note that The Meadows is offering the Early Pick 5 guarantee (race 3) and the Adios Pick 8 guarantee (race 8) in association with the Meadows Standardbred Owners Association (MSOA) and the United States Trotting Association Strategic Wagering Initiative.
