Madam X and driver Braxten Boyd

So Diva (Jim Pantaleano) went straight to the front and led to the quarter in :28.0.  She used a :28.4 second quarter to be first to the half in :56.4.  Madam X ($4.90) made her move first-up going down the backstretch and was first to three-quarters in 1:24.3.

Madam X and second place finisher So Diva battled all the way down the stretch.  Madam X used a late lunge to win in 1:52.2.  Elegant Noelle (Aaron Byron) finished third.

Madam X is a 3-year-old filly by Bettor’s Wish.  She is owned by Pollack Racing and trained by Jeff Cullipher.  It was her eighth career victory all her wins came this season.

Aaron Byron had a driving grand slam.  He got his wins with Spittin Chicklets, Reconcile, Fantasyland, and Shutupanddrive.
