Man Dontforget Me doubled down on her recently successful early speed tactics for a second consecutive win on Wednesday in the Yonkers Raceway harness racing feature.
She struck quickly down the centre from post six and blasted to the front for Jason Bartlett. The mare knifed through the first quarter mile in :28.1, the half in :57, and three-quarters in 1:25 without seeing an outside challenger. Wakemeshakeme (Pat Lachance) attempted a rally from pocket, but Man Dontforget Me had pace to spare and finished her victory in 1:53.
