March events at the Big M

The Meadowlands Racetrack hosts live harness racing every Friday and Saturday through the winter with a 6:20 pm post time.

Meadowlands Racetrack will host an International Women’s Day themed broadcast on Saturday, March 4. Jessica Otten and Ashley Mailloux will host the night’s live broadcast highlighted with sizzle videos and interviews with the industry’s top female trainers, drivers and grooms.

Catch all the college basketball tournament games at America’s number one sportsbook – the Fanduel Sportsbook located inside Meadowlands Racetrack. The sportsbook has massive HDTVs, dining options with table service and plenty of self-service and teller operated wagering machines. Fans can grab guaranteed seating for March 16, 17, 18 & 19. Tickets can be pre-purchased for $50 single bar seat, $100 per two-person table and/or $200 for a four-person table; this purchase price includes food credit. Racetrack guests looking for some St. Patrick’s Day fare can dine in Pink on Friday, March 17 and Saturday, March 18.  The buffet will feature mini beef potpies, corned beef and cabbage, Irish lamb stew, potato pancakes and baked flounder.  Homemade whiskey cake and shamrock cookies round out this $49.95 buffet dinner.

On Saturday, March 25^th, American Idol alum, Aaron Kelly will take the stage at the track. Aaron Kelly is a singer-songwriter best known for his run as the youngest artist to reach the Top 5 on American Idol. The show runs 8pm-10pm and guests can get in a few live races before the show when racing kicks off at 6:20pm. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased by clicking here.
