Legendary Hanover (Huntsville), winner of this year’s Meadowlands Pace, Cane Pace and 2023 O’Brien 2-year-old Pacing Colt of the Year will be syndicated and stand at Southwind Farms in Pennington, New Jersey beginning 2025.
The brilliant harness racing colt set multiple stakes and track records including this year’s Meadowlands Pace (p,3,1:46.3-24), Cane Pace (p,3,1:46.2-’24) and the Empire Breeders (p,3,1:48.1f-’24).
Trainer Anthony Beaton says “Legendary Hanover is very intelligent, one of the smartest horses I’ve ever been around. He possessed a flawless and powerful gait and has a huge set of lungs”.
After setting the stakes record in the Meadowlands Pace, driver James MacDonald says, “he’s all business, he’s a scary animal that is simply very fast and talented”.
