Pick 5 mandatory payout at the Meadows

WASHINGTON, PA, April 30, 2022 — The Hollywood Casino at The Meadows live harness racing card on Saturday, April 30, will feature a “must-pay” Jackpot Pick 5 (race 4) with a $25,000 total-pool guarantee offered in association with the United States Trotting Association Strategic Wagering Initiative.

Ordinarily, the jackpot is paid only if there is a unique correct ticket. However, because Saturday is the final day of the current meeting with no carryovers permitted, payout of the entire pool is mandatory, and all players with correct tickets will share the spoils.

For that reason, the final-race Super Hi-5, with a carryover of $1,017.66, also is must pay.

On the racing front, the highlight is the $20,750 championship of the Tom Kirwan Memorial Pace for 3-year-old colts and geldings (race 4). First post Saturday is 12:45 PM.
