Meadows Monday Memo

POP UP SERIES SCHEDULED – The Meadows’ Race Office announces the addition of several “Pop Up” series races in January. Four harness racing series will take place for conditioned-claiming pacers and trotters, ages 3-6, each consisting of three legs and a final.  Preliminary legs will go for $8,000 in purse money, with the final set for $15,000.  The base claiming price for each series will be $20,000 and there will be no claiming from the final.  For additional information, contact The Meadows’ Race Office at 724-229-6964.

THREE RACING DAYS THIS WEEK

Hollywood Casino at The Meadows will host its regular parimutuel racing schedule this week, with action Wednesday through Friday at 12:45pm.  Changes will be upcoming to the schedule during Christmas week, with racing Monday and Tuesday, December 22-23, and Friday, December 26.

DRAW SCHEDULE CHANGES FOR THE MEADOWS

Here is The Meadows’ draw schedule for the remaining cards of 2025:

Thursday, December 18 card:  Draw today, Monday, 12/15

Friday, December 19 card:  Draw tomorrow, Tuesday, 12/16

Monday, December 22 card:  Draw Thursday, 12/18

Tuesday, December 23 card:  Draw Friday, 12/19

Friday, December 26 card:  Draw Monday, 12/22

NO QUALIFIERS DECEMBER 23     

With a parimutuel card scheduled for Tuesday, December 23, The Meadows will not host qualifying races that week.  Qualifiers will take place tomorrow (Tuesday, December 16) and Tuesday, December 30.
