Monticello Raceway accepting stall applications

Monticello, N.Y. – Monticello Raceway announced today (Oct. 26) it is accepting stall applications from harness racing horsemen interested in stabling and racing at the track.

“With the influx of additional purse money that will be generated by Resort World’s new slot operation slated to open in Newburgh later this year, we anticipate more horses dropping in the box and this could be a great opportunity for a horseman looking to race both short- or long-term,” said Eric Warner, longtime Race Secretary.
