MSOA Caretaker Appreciate Day set for Nov. 19

WASHINGTON, PA, Nov. 5, 2021 — The Meadows Standardbred Owners Association (MSOA) will honor harness racing grooms at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows with “Caretaker Appreciation Day” on Friday, Nov. 19.

To show how much MSOA values these irreplaceable members of the racing community, it will present each caretaker with an MSOA hoodie, an MSOA hat and a complimentary sandwich combo from the paddock kitchen.

But the prizes won’t necessarily end there. Horsemen, horsewomen and racing fans are invited to donate prizes to be raffled off to caretakers between races. Suggested prizes include goody baskets, cash and gift cards.
