New claiming series at Ocean Downs

The Race Office at Ocean Downs is announcing a new claiming series called “THE MARLIN #2”. It’s a claiming series is for pacers, with the following conditions:

Nominations $250

You must enter the first leg.

• 1st Leg Wednesday Aug.10th (1) mile – $11,500
  • $12,500 claiming price
• 2nd Leg Wednesday Aug. 17th (1) mile – $12,500
  • $15,000 claiming price
• 3rd & Final Leg Monday Sept. 5th (1) mile – $12,500 added
  • Non-claiming

*No more than 2 commonly owned or trained will be eligible for the “final” and the Top 8 money earners will compete for the final.

*Only 2 will be eligible which will be decided by the next highest money earners that are not a conflict
