New morning post times at Bangor Raceway

Bangor, Maine – Bangor Raceway is pleased to announce new post times for their Saturday and Sunday harness racing cards. Beginning this coming Saturday (October 21), the weekend cards will go to post bright and early at 11:15 a.m. (EDT).

“We’ll be the first American track to get underway” said Bangor’s Manager of Live Racing, Michael Hopkins. “We’ll be racing unopposed for 1-3/4 hours until Freehold comes online on Saturday and will get a 45 minute jump on Saratoga on Sunday. We’re hopeful that by taking advantage of these time slots, we’ll be able to expose our product to new online and off track customers while maintaining our steady on track attendance.”

Competitive ten-race cards have been programmed for both Saturday and Sunday and program pages will be available for download shortly.

Live harness racing will be featured through the November 4th closing day at Bangor Raceway on Saturday and Sunday with the brand-new early post times slated for 11:15 a.m. (EDT). The Wednesday afternoon post time remains scheduled at 3:00 p.m.
