In race six, Herecomescharlie B launched to the front off of the car and never looked back, putting up fractions of 27.4, 58.0, 1:27.2, before stopping the timer in an eye-popping 1:56.0 (28.3 LQ), just three-fifths of a second off of the track record for an aged trotting gelding and winning by an incredible 10 ½ length margin. The win marked career victory number 21 for the six-year-old whose lifetime earnings now exceed $250,000. I Get It and Bob Rowland closed well for second and Stoneborough hung on for third.
