Consigned by the partnership of Christina Takter and Solveig’s Breeders of East Windsor, New Jersey, the 3yr old Trixton filly is out of Hall Of Fame honored broodmare, Solveig 2,1:56; 4,1:54.4f ($820,791).
After her standout racing career, Solveig has had 10 foals of racing age, 5 with records under 1:55 and combined earnings of nearly $5 million. In 2011, her mating to Donato Hanover produced the two-time Breeders Crown champion Shake It Cerry 2,1:53.3; 3,1:51.2; BT1:49.4 ($2,786,104).
Plans call for Aunt Irene to be bred to Walner for the 2022 breeding season.
