Only one positive test in USTA report

There was only one positive test reported by the USTA last week and it belongs to harness racing trainer Victor Kirby, whose horse came up positive at Dover Downs for Firocoxib. It is not known yet if Kirby will appeal the ruling which only calls for the horse to be disqualified and the purse redistributed yet no fine or suspension for the infraction.

Most of the other fines and suspensions are people being restored to good standing. Very positive to see most people are playing by the rules.
