Live racing canceled Thursday at Plainridge

Due to the high temperatures predicted for Thursday afternoon (Aug. 4), Plainridge Park and the Harness Horseman’s Association of New England have agreed to cancel Thursday’s harness racing card prior to today’s draw for that day.

This allows the track to consolidate the Friday (Aug. 5) card with classes originally scheduled for Thursday and offer a full 12-race card on Friday.

The draw for Friday (Aug. 5) will be held on Tuesday (Aug. 2) with the box closing at 9 a.m.
