Racy Roxy A (Mr Feelgood, Mike Merton) took the $10,000 featured fillies & mares harness racing pace on Thursday (July 4).
Racy Roxy A ($2.60) went straight to the front and led to the quarter in :28.1.Ā She used a :30.1 second quarter to be first to the half in :58.2.Ā So Diva (Jim Taggart Jr.)Ā came first-up to take a shot going down the backstretch.Ā Racy Roxy A cruised to three-quarters in 1:26.2.
As they reached the stretch Racy Roxy A had plenty in the tank and won easily in 1:54.2.Ā So Diva had to settle for second.Ā The Stunning Nun N (Tyler Miller) finished third.
Racy Roxy A is a 6-year-old mare.Ā She is owned by Michael Casalino Jr and trained by Rob Harmon.Ā It was her fifth win this season and her 15th career victory.

Marcus Miller had a driving grand slam on the night.Ā He got his wins with Bolt Of Beauty, Tail Hook, Prairie Special, and Frondeur.Ā Mike Merton had a driving triple and Rob Harmon had a training triple.
