There has been a rash of positive tests reports from state racing commission to the USTA from last week.
Positive tests in horses were found for Lamotrigine, Pseudoephedrine, Odesmethyl Pyrilamine, Oxycodone, Phenylbutazone, Testosterone and Triamcinolone Acetonide.
Trainer-driver J D Perrin at Miami Valley Raceway received a 302-day suspension for recent additional information concerning his criminal record.
On a positive note, the 2019 positive test for Manchego for Gabapentin has been reversed to negative as the Ohio State Gaming Commission now reports that the level was well below the screening limit. Trainer Nancy Takter is adjudicated from the 15-day suspension and $500 fine.
