Red Mile adjusts draw schedule

LEXINGTON, KY-– Ahead of the Kentucky Championship and Kentucky Commonwealth finals starting next Sunday (Sept. 19), The Red Mile has adjusted its draw schedule for its upcoming cards.

Each final of the Kentucky Championship and Kentucky Commonwealth Series will be drawn on Thursday (Sept. 16) with the entry box closing by 9 a.m. (EDT). Sunday’s card will feature all eight Kentucky Championship finals along with the Kentucky Commonwealth finals for the 2-year-old colts and geldings on the pace and on the trot. The remaining six finals for the Kentucky Commonwealth Series will be contested on the Monday (Sept. 20) card.

The series’ finals are the only events with the adjusted draw schedule. Monday’s undercard entry box will close on Friday (Sept. 17) at 9 a.m. (EDT).
