DOVER, Del. — Tobago Time ($3.40) vanquished first-round winners Cinder’s Baby and Stealing Bases with a 1:56 score in her $20,000 second-round division of the Delaware Standardbred Breeders’ Fund (DSBF) series for three-year-old pacing fillies on Wednesday (Dec. 8) at Dover Downs, while fellow odds-on choice Littlebagoftricks ($2.80) captured the other split.
Tobago Time pressed forward out of post four in line to Allan Davis and strung Cinder’s Baby (Ross Wolfenden) out through a :26.3 first quarter before yielding for a pocket ride.
The daughter of Tobago Cays and Time Frame N drafted behind middle sectionals of :56.1 and 1:25.2, through which Cinder’s Baby was significantly softened up by the first-over Stealing Bases (Victor Kirby). Davis angled Tobago Time to the open stretch, and she surged to the lead in the final sixteenth, edging 1-1/2 lengths clear of Cinder’s Baby. Stealing Bases narrowly held third over the second-over Roses And Orchids.
Chuck Crissman Jr. trains Tobago Time for breeder David Hamm, who co-owns the eight-time winner with Glenn Phillips.

Trainer Josh Green shares ownership in the Roddy’s Bags Again-Bit Of Trick filly, a winner in 10 of 16 career starts to date, with Rich Lombardo Racing LLC. Green Racing Inc. is the winning breeder.
