Saulsbrook Victor (Source Of Pride) won his third $34,000 Preferred Pace in a row on Saturday (Jan. 14) at Woodbine Mohawk Park
The five-year-old, in line to Austin Sorrie, went wire-to-wire with fractions of :28.3, :58, 1:26.4, and 1:52.3, repelling Sintra (Jody Jamieson) in the final quarter to score by a length-and-a-half over the closing No Free Lunch (James MacDonald). Wheels On Fire (Doug McNair) finished third.

It was the geldingās 12th lifetime win in 42 starts. He has now earned $227,885. Ronald MacDonald trains him for Brett MacDonald of Freelton.
Also on the card, Beachin Lindy (Somebeachsomewhere) moved closer to a Pop-Up Series sweep with a third straight win in leg three. The eight-year-old stopped the clock in 1:52.3 with Sorrie aboard and earned his 29th career win in 158 tries. It boosted his earnings to $295,291. Stephen Charlton owns and trains the gelding.
Woodbine Mohawk Park will resume racing on Monday, Jan. 16 at 7:00 p.m. EST.
