SBOANJ & TrotPAC hosting fundraiser for NJ Assembly Speaker

MANALAPAN, NJ — April 17, 2023 —The Standardbred Breeders and Owners Association of New Jersey and TrotPAC are cohosting a harness racing fundraiser brunch for Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin on May 8, 2023.

The event will take place at Rutgers’ Equine Exercise Physiology Lab on College Farm Road beginning at 11:00 AM.

Assembly Speaker Coughlin has been vital to the state appropriation approval, for the horse racing industry.

This event will give the Rutgers Equine Science program the opportunity to showcase what they do and have the Speaker participate in an interactive demo highlighting scientific equipment used at the Lab.

The Speaker will also be on hand for attendees to express their views on how important the state appropriation is to the harness racing industry.
