Scioto Downs post time pushed to 7:00 p.m.

Eldorado Scioto Downs is pushing first harness racing post back to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday (Aug. 24). The high heat index is predicted to drop significantly after 7:00 p.m.

“In the interest of both our equine athletes and the horsemen, we are pushing post time back an hour tonight,” said Jason Roth, Scioto’s Director of Racing.

Lasix will also be postponed accordingly. Horses in the first race on Lasix should report by 3:00 p.m.
