$100,000 OSS dash no problem for Seaside Diva

Grove City, Ohio – Seaside Diva (Downbytheseaside) went gate to wire, winning the $100,000 division of the Ohio Sires Stakes for three-year-old harness racing filly pacers at MGM Northfield Park on Saturday (July 28).  Seaside Dive is now three for three in the Sire Stake legs.

Out of the gate, Seaside Diva and Chris Page refused to relinquish the lead. The filly cleared to the front and never looked back. With no challengers, Seaside Diva set fractions in :27.1, :56.2, and 1:24 before stopping the clock in 1:52.4.

The victory marks the seventh win in eight seasonal starts for the Ron Burke trainee.  Owned by Burke Racing Stable, Weaver Bruscemi, Knox Services, and Let It Ride Stable, Seaside Diva has earned $469,805 lifetime.

Wasted On You (Brett Miller) was second with Katies Up (Hunter Myers) finishing third.
