Semi Tough (Somebeachsomewhere) and harness racing driver Yannick Gingras were determined to lead from start to finish and they got the job done Tuesday evening (Nov. 28) at Yonkers Raceway.

The 2nd race $22,000 feature pace saw Rock Diamonds N (Joe Bongiorno) first on the early lead but a determined Semi Tough and Gingras came on the outside to take command at the quarter mile in :27.1.
The field raced single file to the half mile marker in :57 and as they entered the backstretch, race favorite Whats Stanley Got A (Jordan Stratton) came first-over from third place, giving Benhope Rulz N (Jason Barlett) second-over cover. Semi Tough continued to lead at the three-quarters in 1:25.2.
Around the final turn and by the top of the stretch, Semi Tough held command of the race and then had no issues hold off the pocket-sitting Rock Diamonds N to win by one and one-quarter lengths in 1:53.3. Whats Stanley Got A was third.
