Siegal challenges Faraldo to HISA bet on Alumni Show

Dave Siegal, a USTA Director and amateur harness racing driver and owner, is this week’s guest on the Harness Racing Alumni Show.

Dave shares with Freddie, Trade and Bob his love for our sport and his respect and friendship with Joe Faraldo. Although they’re good buddies, Dave and Joe have very different opinions regarding HISA. Siegal discusses the legislation that the USTA has written to replace HISA with and does not see it happening.

He also points out that the sport of harness racing is currently not included in HISA and that we are in the perfect position to watch and see what happens. You’ll enjoy the chat…., it’s an interesting broadcast.
