Plainville, MA — With the 2022 Massachusetts Sire Stakes starting this Sunday (Sept. 25) at Plainridge Park, the Standardbred Owners of Massachusetts have updated and relaunched both their website and Facebook page in order better cover all the harness racing action that will take place over the next month, as well as moving forward.
The website (sominc.net) now has a news page, updated links and is the āgo toā spot for forms, eligibles, payments and information about breeding Standardbreds in the State of Massachusetts.
The Facebook page will carry comprehensive news, pictures and links concerning the upcoming Massachusetts Sire Stakes, but will also be updated with news all year as the breeding season progresses. Both will be valuable resources if you have any interest or participation in harness racing in the Bay Sate.
There are 83 2-year-old and 76 3-year-old trotters and pacers eligible for this yearās $2.5 million (est.) Massachusetts Sire StakesĀ and the connections of all 159 horses have the following dates circled on their calendars.
