Southwind Frank sold, shipping to Italy

Filippo Lago for vendopuledri.it in Italy reports that Southwind Frank 2, 1:52.2; 3, 1:52.1 ($1,950,887) is now Italian-owned. In fact, the son of Muscle Hill was bought by the My Horse Stable, a harness racing team in vogue in the period especially for the important overseas performances of its top stable member, Alrajah One.

Southwind Frank, who is scheduled to arrive in Italy on Wednesday, October 25, will operate in Piedmont at the Centro Equino Delle Stelle.

No price for the sale of Southwind Frank was revealed.

The arrival in Italy of Southwind Frank, coincides with an excellent period of form in particular of some of his daughters in America: Bond, winner of her Breeders Crown elimination and She Shaq above all, the latter winner of her own division of the John Simpson Sr. Memorial in recent days and, last but not least, the second place of Sinatra De Vie in a division of the John Simpson Sr. Memorial yesterday at Pocono Downs.
