Southwind Ozzi to stand in New Jersey

MANALAPAN, NJ — October 24, 2021 — Walnridge Farm has announced that the 2019 Little Brown Jug Winner, Southwind Ozzi, will be their newest  harness racing stallion in 2022.

The son of Somebeachsomewhere retires to stud with over $977,000 in career earnings.  His career mark of 1:48.0 was the fastest by a 3-year-old on a five-eighths mile track in 2019.  Winner of the Adios and the highest leading money-winning 3-year-old colt pacer in the 2019 Pennsylvania Sire Stakes.

Southwind Ozzi out of Southwind Solara is a half-brother to Southwind Silence.  He stands his first season in 2022 with a stud fee of $4,000.
