HARRINGTON, DE – Tlb Racing’s Sprocket (Sportswriter) and harness racing driver Pat Berry were 1:51.3 winners in the featured $22,500 Open Handicap Pace Monday (April 15) at Harrington Raceway.
The 9-year-old gelding made the lead after the quarter mile and cruised to his third win of the year over Live Love Lindy and Dontlikeitleave. Trained by Traci Berry, Sprocket has banked nearly $500,000 in his career and won 32 races. He paid $2.40 to win.

Earlier on the card, PT Stable’s Bettor By Seaside (Downbytheseaside) and driver Art Stafford Jr. won his third straight race in 1:52.4 in a $35,000 claiming event for trainer Crissy Crissman-Bier. He paid $3.60 to win.

Another veteran pacer visited the winner’s circle Monday as the 10-year-old Proper One (Proper Respect) and driver Cody Poliseno notched his 47th career win for owner Louis Tomczak Jr. and trainer Carlo Poliseno in 1:54.2. He paid $3.00 to win.
