SRF success story: Roddy’s Hot Again spends spring break in Florida!

Cream Ridge, NJ – 3/20/2024 – If the college students are on spring break in Florida so is Roddy’s Hot Again!

Hotty, a Police mount for the City of Doral was on beach patrol in 2023 for spring break and is expected back again this year. The Standardbred Retirement Foundation, (SRF) is so proud of its adoptions!

Former owners Tina and George Dennis retired this handsome former harness racing gelding before he would struggle with physical issues, a gift to a horse so deserving. Just twelve years old, he earned $177,962 while racing before 2021. This classy guy has a proud and dignified life like so many others SRF has placed as Police mounts. This breed has such a lovely demeanour. They can chill with the kids on the beach, or guard a blazing fire in Newark, NJ, they just “go with the flow”!
