HARRINGTON, Del. – Mst Racing and George Teague Jr.’s Subban ($7.60, Montrell Teague) was the fastest of 3 Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund (DSBF) $20,000 divisions for 3-year-old colt and gelding harness racing pacers Monday at Harrington Raceway, capturing his split in 1:55.2 by a length.

The Southwind Lynx gelding inherited a pocket trip behind pacesetter First State Joni and surged to the lead via the passing lane in deep stretch for his 4th career win. First State Joni set all the fractions and was second, while Z’s Dream was parked out much of the mile and finished third. Trained by Clyde Francis, Subban won the $100,000 DSBF at 2 over Harrington’s half-mile oval.

Kdk Standardbreds’ Archie and Emerson ($2.10, Jason Thompson) won the final division in 2:00 over Dollar Bill Startt and Spinologist. Trained by Dylan Davis, the Delmarvalous gelding recorded his 4th lifetime win in wire-to-wire fashion. Thompson had a driving double.

In the $17,000 overnight feature, David Hamm and Rodney Long’s JJ Flynn ($3.20, Allan Davis) was a 1:52.3 winner over Justasec N and Beach Blanket Book. Davis also had a pair of driving wins.
