Team Davis dominates Harrington card

HARRINGTON, DE – Owner/trainer Tyler Davis and driver Allan Davis teamed up for three wins with harness racing trotters on the Wednesday Harrington Raceway program.

Defending driving champ Allan Davis had four wins overall on the card, with three of those aboard his son Tyler’s horses.

Team Davis collaborated for wins with Lindy’s Goin Crazy ($14), Secret Jet ($15.60) and Capstone ($2.20).

Secret Jet’s win came in the featured $20,000 Open Trot via a pocket trip in which he emerged a one-length winner over Remarkable De Vie and Lizzy Lauxmont. The 6-year-old Dejarmbro gelding notched his 4^th win of the season.

Mike Cole, who recently surpassed 2,000 career wins, had a pair of wins on the evening.

The pick 5, which starts in race 2 nightly, went uncovered, forcing a carryover of nearly $1,700 into the Monday May 16 program.

Live racing will continue on a Monday through Wednesday schedule.
