Harness racing Hall of Fame driver Wally Hennessey just keeps on trucking as he had another big night. driving seven winners on the card at Tioga Downs on Friday (September 17).
Hennessey won the featured $9,000 Fillies & Mares Open II Pace with Vicious Circle ($2.10).
No Where To Hide (Mike Simons) grabbed the early lead and led to the first quarter in :26.4. Vicious Circle took command as they headed to the stands for the first time.
She used a :29.4 second quarter to hit the half first in :56.3. The mare glided to three-quarters in 1:24.4.
As they made the turn for home Vicious Circle made it a battle only for second pace as she cruised to an easy win in 1:53. Shecouldbegood N (Mike Merton) was second best as No Where To Hide took third money.
Vicious Circle is a 4-year-old mare by Manhardt. She is trained by John Hallett for owners Rick Howles, Geoffrey Howles, and Souren Hovesplan. It was her seventh win of the season. She now owns 23 career victories.

Hennessey got his other wins with Baby Got Back ($3.60), Machet Time ($4.20), Some Deal Hanover ($4.30), Chocolate Matters ($2.60), PL Munson ($2.10), and Faithful Desire ($5.80). John Hallett had a training double on the night as he got his other win with Some Deal Hanover.
