PL Notsonice (Kadabra) and harness racing driver Ridge Warren captured the $12,500 featured trot on Sunday (September 3) at Tioga Downs.

Creekside Pete (Jim Taggert Jr.) marched his way to the quarter first in :27.4. PL Notsonice ($2.10) took over command with a circuit to go and led to the half in :56.3. Andover Contessa (Marcus Miller) came first-up heading to the final turn. PL Notsonice was first to three-quarters in 1:25.2.
As they made the turn for home Andover Contessa kept coming but PL Notsonice dug in and won in 1:53.3. Andover Contessa had to settle for second money. Can’t Say No (Mike Merton) finish third.
PL Notsonice is a 6-year-old mare is owned by Elite Harness Racing and trained by Steven Brabrook. It was her sixth win the season. She now has 25 career victories.

Jim Taggert Jr. gets a driving grand slam. He got his wins with Teen Dream, Deli Tessil, BJ Lorado, and Yo Lucky Moni. Ridge Warren had a driving double. Marissa Chadbourne gets a training double.
