This week’s USTA Fines and Suspensions features a truck search of trainer Paul McHugh conducted by the MRC State Police in the paddock area of Plainridge Race Course per MRC protocol after his horse had tested positive days earlier. During the search the State Police uncovered various bottles of which some were labeled, and some were not. In additional to the numerous bottles, a needle and syringe was found.
