Two “Must Pay” wagered added to Adios card

WASHINGTON, PA, July 30, 2022 — To enhance the already nonrecoverable excitement of Saturday’s (Jul. 30) Adios Day card, Hollywood Casino at The Meadows has added two special harness racing wagers, each of which will provide a mandatory payout — no carryovers.

The track will add a Jackpot Pick 5 spanning races 11-15 as well as a Super Hi-5 on the Adios, which goes as race 15. Each of these bets offers a minimum wager of 20 cents.

Ordinarily, the jackpots for such wagers are paid only if there is a unique correct ticket. But in “must pay” situations, all players with correct tickets share the spoils.

The $350,000 Adios anchors a power-packed program that features six Grand Circuit stakes. First post is 11:45 AM, with off time for the Adios projected for 5 PM.
