WASHINGTON, PA, Jan. 21, 2022 — Seemingly blocked through the final turn, Friskie All Nite found an unexpected path to the Lightning Lane . . . and a 12-1 upset in Friday’s harness racing feature at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows, an $11,200 Conditioned Pace.
Friskie All Night was pinned to the pylons with no apparent way out when Won Last Feeling immediately in front of him pulled the pocket.
Driver Brady Brown took full advantage and urged Friskie All Night to the 1:53.1 victory. Early leader Western Tyrant was second by a nose with Won Last Feeling third.
Jack Smith trains the 5-year-old Feelin Friskie-Lullaby Til Dawn gelding and owns with Mike Lickert.
