USTA’s Russell Williams wants investigation

Columbus, OH — In a letter sent to the New York State Gaming Commission, the New Jersey Racing Commission and the Pennsylvania State Horse Racing Commission, USTA president Russell Williams is asking for an official investigation into The Meadowlands, Tioga Downs, and Vernon Downs chef executive Jeffrey Gural’s private enforcement program that includes drug testing carried out at a laboratory in Hong Kong and other testing facilities, as well as other investigative activities.
