Wall Said scored her fifth straight harness racing success by capturing the $25,000 Halloween Series Final on Saturday (November 20) at MGM Northfield Park.
Aaron Merriman drove Wall Said for trainer Mike Sweeney, who conditions the pacer at the historic Delaware County Fairgrounds for owners Wall Brothers Stable, Patrick Sweeney, Rocky Miller and John Miller.
Wall Said started from post three. Merriman let her competition get set through the :26.2 opening quarter before moving to the lead. Although receiving a relentless challenge from Wester Rosie (Ronnie Wrenn Jr.), Wall Said remained on the lead through splits of :55.4, 1:24 and 1:53.2, besting her competition by a neck.

Wall Said (Well Said ā Ashland Blue ā Blissfull Hall) increased her seasonal total in excess of $100,000, raising her career bankroll to $132,300. Saturdayās victory represents her 10th score in 2021 and her 16th lifetime success.
She was the race favorite and returned $2.60 to win.
